What to do if registration is denied?
Mark01: Hello forum users. I really wanted to register an LLC and develop my business in the future. But I was denied registration and now I have a panic... What to do?

Helen09: The main thing is not to panic. This is a standard situation, often related to incorrectly filled out or collected documents. It took me a while to find out about how to start an llc and similar situations, too. Find out the reason for refusal. If you agree with it, supplement the package of documents with the missing ones. Re-submit everything. If you managed to collect new papers within three months, you do not have to pay the state duty again.
Maxxx17: If you think the refusal is illegal, you can appeal within three months. An example of a legitimate refusal: you "rented" an address for registration. The Federal Tax Service knows that 11 other firms are registered at that address. This seems suspicious to the tax authorities.
